Blues Guitar Lessons
From Pentatonic classic licks to blues note chromatic tasty 1/4 note bends, i have played and heard it all. Out of all the genres i would say that blues is my most comfortable and revised genre of mine. Slow blues, Texas blues to jazz blues im well aware of the subgenre differences and nuances. Not to mention that improvising is a specialty of mine and one skill i cherish to teach. There is more to blues than just the 'Blue Note' and i look forward to showing you!

Hi my name is Ben. I have been teaching for 7 years now continuously. I was brought up through classical training, then played blues and jamed in blues clubs at a young age. From there I grew a love for the rock classics and from there in to metal and death metal. After attending COLLARTS university to study music performance, i got into soul (or neo-soul) jazz and funk. From there i formed a punk band by the name of scuff, and currently i play acoustic for the majority of my performance. From soft fingerpicking to face melting pick sweeping solos, i have looked at many techniques and styles and have a passion for all forms of music. Ive taught a range of levels from early beginner to advanced techniques. Currently i teach at a few established music schools based in Melbourne and im looking to develop some personal students aswell
