Composition Lessons
My composition lessons focus on making music fun, without neglecting the technical and theoretical challenges the instrument brings. I tailor my lessons to each individual students needs. Composition is a challenging subject that involves a lot of philosophy, and a focus on artistic intention. I always look to draw out the quality in my student's work, while challenging them to explore new compositional territory.

Hi there! My name's Ben and I've been teaching music since 2017, to all ages and skill levels. I have a Bachelors Degree in Music Composition with First Class Honours, graduating on the UNSW Dean's List in 2022, and teach Guitar, Bass, Drums, Composition and Production in all styles.
I deeply believe in the importance of quality education, and think all teachers have a duty to make the learning experience as joyful as possible. I love learning about my students musical interests and helping them learn to write and play like their favourite artists!
I want to make my lessons wonderfully fun, while ensuring all my students still learn all of the difficult intricacies of their art form.
