Sharnee began performing at a very young age. Growing up in Rockhampton she participated in local theatre appearing in shows such as Mary Magdalene; Jesus Christ Superstar, The Mistress in Evita, Nessarose in Wicked and Lauren in Kinky Boots.
In 2012 Sharnee moved to Sydney to study at The Australian Institute of Music during her time there she appeared in shows such as RENT (Directed by Tyran Parke, AIM 2013) here she now holds a Diploma of Music Theatre. Whilst in Sydney she performed in Blacktown Theatre company's Spring Awakening, Godspell and Exclaims Theatre Company Hair. She has traveled to New York City taking an international traineeship at Broadway Dance Centre Specialising in Musical Theatre. Currently Sharnee currently in the final year of studying a Bachelor of Music (performance) at CQU here she is focusing on the voice.
Sharnee also has performed and worked alongside musical theatre composer Mathew Lee Robinson in a cabaret of his work featuring songs from Atlantis, Metro Street and more.
Sharnee is a passionate all rounder performer, teacher, songwriter, actor and choreographer. And has learnt from the best in the industry. She has a passion for teaching and mentoring her experiences extend many trainers in Classical, Musical Theatre and Pop.
