I am a piano/keyboardist, teacher and arranger. Over the years, I have developed my music theory and performance skills through the combination of formal education and performing.

​I started piano beginning with AMEB grade studying classical music and history. I then started learning jazz in high school where I joined the school Senior Jazz Ensemble. I continued on with tertiary studies at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA) gaining experience and working with some of the most well known Jazz and Contemporary performers and teachers in Australia.I graduated in 2010 with a Bachelor of Music majoring in Performance. Since then I have performed at popular venues around Perth as well as private functions and weddings with several musical groups and solo in various musical styles including classical ensembles, Jazz, R&B, Pop and Soul music.

My interest in education, music pedagogy and teaching improvisation led me to further my education practice by completing a Graduate Diploma of Education at the University of Western Australia in 2014.

Since then I have been teaching privately children and adults in AMEB exam preparation, recital preparation and personal goal setting. I also have taught classroom music, private and group piano tuition at several public and private schools across Perth including ensemble leading and concert programming. I hope to further research my music education further into the future music therapy as wellness for people with dementia and learning disabilities.
