Singing Lessons
Students can expect supportive, personalised singing lessons focused on building confidence, vocal technique, creativity, and authentic performance skills. With over 15 years of teaching experience and professional training from National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA) and Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA), I teach a range of styles including musical theatre, pop, jazz, contemporary, harmony work, and creative vocal expression.
Lessons are tailored to each individual’s goals and typically include vocal warmups, breathing and technique, song work, performance skills, and confidence building in a relaxed and encouraging environment. I work with complete beginners through to professional performers and aspiring theatre artists, helping each student develop both skill and a genuine connection to their voice and creativity.

Hi I'm Minti Dee — a performer, vocalist, creative facilitator, and teacher with over 15 years of teaching experience across singing, musical theatre, performance, and the arts. I trained in the Singer Dancer Actor course at National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA) and later completed a Bachelor of Arts in Music Theatre at Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA). Alongside teaching, I’ve worked professionally in theatre, live music, touring productions, songwriting, workshops, and community arts both throughout Australia and internationally.
Over the years I’ve taught students of all ages and experience levels — from complete beginners finding confidence in their voice for the first time, through to performers preparing for auditions, productions, recordings, and professional pathways in singing and theatre. My experience spans musical theatre, contemporary voice, jazz, pop, harmony work, creative performance, and vocal confidence building.
As a teacher, I believe every person has a unique voice and creative identity worth exploring. My lessons are warm, encouraging, and tailored to the individual rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. I aim to create a safe and inspiring environment where students feel comfortable taking risks, building confidence, and developing both technical skills and authentic expression.
I’m deeply passionate about creativity, storytelling, music, community, and human connection, and I bring that into my teaching style. Whether a student wants to sing professionally, prepare for auditions, reconnect with creativity, or simply sing for joy and confidence, my goal is to help them feel supported, empowered, and excited about their artistic journey.
