Hi! I’m Wells. I’m a passionate piano teacher who’s taught for over five years, in my private studio as well as some of Asia’s leading music schools. I love working with young musicians and encouraging them to find their love for music.

I believe in creating a strong foundation in technique, and using it to ground interpretations and create stories. And to create a safe space for students to express themselves beyond the instrument.

I’m an Associate of the Royal Schools of Music, and have received supplementary music education from various conservatories. I’m also a pianist and percussionist of the Philharmonic Wind Orchestra (Singapore) and Asian Cultural Symphony Orchestra, as well as former musician of the Singapore Armed Forces Bands. My extensive performing experience aids me in teaching performance and ensemble playing skills.
