Classical Piano Lessons
Broad range of theoretical applications including the Dalcroze method of learning to sound the basics and really listen to the underlying aspects of the Western musical model. Options to prepare for AMEB examinations if desired but not essential in the early years. By learning the written score alongside the listening score the individual can start their journey to determine the styles that they prefer and developed this in depth. I offer sound knowledge through a collaborative learning experience that ensures the student’s voice is heard and decisions to nurture their passion are created.Show More Show Less

Studied traditional classical piano and theory. Finished an associate diploma is pianoforte. I love composing and improvising as well as playing Bach. I interrupted my full time teaching practice to study full time as a fine artist - completing a bachelor degree and honours degree in fine arts specialising in contemporary ceramics. Music has been my guide and teacher...l never stop learning.
I hope to share my passion in whatever context with you to learn the imaginative worlds you can explore learning the piano!
I have worked in two schools as an independent piano tutor and operated a practice for many years.
