Griffin spent time performing in New York, become a semifinalist at the 2013 Thelonious Monk International Jazz Competition, Featured in Downbeat Magazine (USA), 2018 Artist in Residance with Fine Music Radio and recently had his compositions added to the Australian Jazz Real Book.
