I'm an experienced music tutor and multi-instrumentalist currently working as both a high school teacher in Central QLD as well as running my own private studio. I'm looking at increasing my online teaching load, specifically in music theory.

A bit about me:
Molly is a graduate of the Bachelor of Theatre (Musical Theatre) Program at the Central Queensland University Conservatorium of Music (CQCM). Molly has also completed a Graduate Diploma of Secondary Education (Music and Drama) at Griffith University. Both of these tertiary degrees were completed at a high distinction level.

In 2014, Molly was the Stage Manager for CQCM's production of The Sentimental Bloke directed by Peter Cousens. This experience allowed for her natural leadership to shine throughout the company in a short rehearsal time frame. Later in the year, Molly was honoured to work under the direction of Chloe Dallimore in Chicago performing the principal role of 'Roxie Hart'.

Molly currently works as a full-time classroom music, drama, dance and careers teacher at a prestigious Middle School in Central QLD. She is the Director of the College's Award-Winning Vocal Ensemble and enjoys rehearsing this group. Molly is also responsible for all of the private vocal and piano students at Aspire Performing Arts Studios in Mackay.

Molly's most recent stage credits include performances in Mamma Mia, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Sweeney Todd, Wicked and Rock of Ages for Mackay Musical Comedy Players, performances in Songs for a New World for Red Giraffe Theatre and a number of cabaret shows for Joel Bow Productions. In 2017, Molly performed in the role of Mary Magdalene for Mackay Musical Comedy Player's production of Jesus Christ Superstar. In 2018, Molly wrote and starred in "Songbird" a cabaret show celebrating female Australian singer/songwriters as well as performing original music by Emmy Award Winning New York Composer, Lance Horne during the inaugural Mackay Cabaret Festival. She was also the vocal coach for Mackay Musical Comedy Player's production of Rock of Ages.

In 2019 Molly played Keyboard parts in the Orchestra for Wizard of Oz as well as performed as Carole King in Beautiful: The Carole King Musical Excerpt for Mackay Musical Comedy Player's "A Taste of Things To Come". One highlight of 2019 was directing an excerpt from Fun Home The Musical for "A Taste of Things To Come". Molly was also invited back to the Mackay Cabaret Festival where she wrote, directed and performed "Universal Love" - a cabaret show about all kinds of love.

Despite a tumultuous year in 2020 with COVID restrictions putting lots of performance opportunities on hold, Molly was still able to perform as Logainne Schwartzandgrubbeniere in Mackay Musical Comedy Player's "The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee" as well as their annual Dinner Theatre show "First Date".

In 2021 Molly has spent time on and off the stage with Mackay Musical Comedy Players, performing in the ensemble for their sold out season of Mamma Mia as well as working on publicity for Avenue Q. She rounded the year off by vocal coaching All Together Now - a global event celebrating local theatre.

Performance is a huge part of Molly's life and she is often seen on and off the stage working with the local community to continue to forge excellent cultural opportunities for herself and her peers.
