I've been having piano lessons for over a year here and think my skills have improved drastically; not just in piano but also appreciating music. Lessons have been driven by my own interests and feedback is always considered and thoughtful. Friends I've played with for years have noticed a lot of improvement and I feel I get more out of playing now than I did before. Aaron is a really great knowledgeable teacher and all round good presence to be around. Always felt comfortable and he has a way of explaining to make sure you understand even the most hectic jazz theory. Highly recommended!

Aaron facilitated my transition from classical to jazz piano. He has a thorough understanding of theory, voice leading and intuitive musicality coupled with a relaxed style of teaching. Aaron also brings a wealth of knowledge from his studies and international performance experience.

Aaron is a wonderful, patient teacher who is helping foster a real love of music in our son. His teaching is age appropriate, our usually shy 7yo looks forward to his lesson every week and will practice without encouragement as he genuinely enjoys what he's learning

Aaron is a fantastic piano teacher. He is patient, understanding and takes time to explain pieces in a way that makes it a lot easier to learn. He is also an incredible piano player. To hear him demonstrate new music being learned is a joy.

I look forward to my weekly lesson with Aaron. He is very patient and encouraging - even when progress is patchy! I like that he talks more widely about music and its history - this is so interesting for an adult beginner.
