Saxophone Lessons
Within lessons, I strive to balance meaningful and practical musical development with technical improvement. Underlining everything though is to share in the satisfaction of music making. Enjoy those feel-good feelings and the stress release that is associated with playing an instrument.
Let’s focus on:
A wide range of styles, including classical, jazz, funk, pop, latin, + others
Specific songs and pieces
Transcription service available for music you don’t have
Improvisation
Rhythm
Tone
Technique
Band repertoire
Music theory
Aural (listening) skills
Any additional aspect, you name it, or let me guide you
Each lesson includes follow-up teacher’s notes and appropriate supplementary materials sent to you via email.
Learning music is fun, but does require focus, patience, and commitment. The rewards are worth it.
For all ages and levels of experience.
