Drums Lessons - Toby hosts lessons from his in home studio in Caulfield South and teaches students with little or no musical or drummer experience, all the way to professional drummers and percussionists.The studio houses two drum sets, eights conga drums, two sets of bongos, timbales, three cajon's, a set of bata drums and a four octave marimba as well as a huge range of 'small' percussion instruments such as shakers, bells and tambourines.Classes last either half and hour, 45min or one hour. Drums Lessons - I have been playing drums for 35 years and have a great electronic drum kit to learn from in the studio. We will use books but also free form. My main styles have been rock and funk but if you would like to learn another style we can definitely cover it with a variety of stick techniques to be used. We will occasionally work with a metronome and there will be an emphasis on improving our co-ordination.
