Hi, my name is Luke! I am a current Jazz Major (Drums) at the Sydney Conservatorium Of Music and have been teaching drums for 6 yrs, both privately and for schools. I have experience teaching students of all ages with a wide range of musical goals such as Primary/High School Bands, HSC performance exams, University audition preparation, Intermediate - Advanced players looking to get to the next level, or those of you who just want to learn how to play to your favourite songs.
When conducting lessons I make sure to always incorporate playing along to your favourite recordings with the content we cover, making sure you develop a fun and pragmatic relationship with learning music!
I am a professional performing musician and play a wide range of music (Jazz, Rock, Metal, Pop) with various musical groups & musicians in a live/studio setting across Sydney, some of which tour across Australia. I offer knowledge through the experience I've gained working in the current music industry.
