I am an experienced woodwind teacher and performer who believes that music is an important part of life.

Having attained my A.Mus.A in clarinet, and a Diploma of Teaching (Secondary - Music), my teaching career has mostly involved private tuition in various private schools in Brisbane and Armidale (NSW), and also in my home studio. I teach all ages and all levels. I have performed in the pit orchestra for many Musicals and continue to be involved playing in community orchestras, concert bands and stage bands.

I cannot imagine life without music and would love to help you enjoy playing, whether for pleasure or as a career. My students have included current Heads of Music, members of semi-professional orchestras, community bands, and several attained their A.Mus.A with the Australian Music Examinations Board.
